How To Make One Pan Gnocchi Bolognese
- Heat olive oil over medium high heat in a sauté pan or dutch oven.
- Brown the ground sausage over medium high heat.

3. Once your ground sausage is browned, add in the jar of marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer over medium high heat.
4. Once your sauce is simmering, add gnocchi and 1 cup of water to your sauté pan. Cook over medium high, stirring frequently and scraping any brown bits off the bottom of the pan, for about 7 minutes or until the sauce is slightly thickened and the gnocchi is tender.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 16 oz marinara sauce
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 16 oz gnocchi
- 1 c water
- parmesan cheese, to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 Tablespoon of olive oil in a sauté pan over medium high heat.
- Once oil is heated, add 1 lb ground sausage and brown over medium high heat.
- Once the sausage is browned, add 16 oz marinara sauce, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder to the sausage. Bring to a simmer.
- Once your sauce has come to a simmer, add 16 oz gnocchi and 1 cup of water to your pan. Cook over medium high heat, stirring frequently and scraping any browned bits off the bottom of the pan, for about 7 minutes or until the sauce is slightly thickened and the gnocchi is tender.
- Serve topped with parmesan to taste.
