How To Make Rosemary Pork Chops With Green Beans

  1. Preheat oven to 450. Trim the ends from 1/2 lb of fresh green beans. Set aside.
  2. Finely chop 2 teaspoons of rosemary leaves. Combine with 2 teaspoons of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Season pork chops on both sides with rosemary, salt, and pepper blend. Add pork chops to the skillet and brown for 3 minutes on each side.

5. Once the pork chops have browned for 3 minutes on each side, transfer them to a cookie sheet.

6. Add green beans to your baking sheet beside the pork chops. Drizzle the green beans with 1 tablespoon of oil. Sprinkle green beans with salt and pepper.

7. Bake your pork chops and green beans in the oven at 450 for 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145 degrees.
