How To Make Instant Pot White Chicken Chili
1. Turn your Instant Pot on to the sauté mode and cook the ground chicken until cooked through. Crumble the chicken as it cooks.

2. Once your chicken is cooked through, turn off the sauté mode on the Instant Pot. Add 3 cans of fire roasted Rotel diced tomatoes, 3 cans of Great Northern beans (drained), chili powder, cumin, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the chicken in the Instant Pot. Stir well.

3. Put the lid on your Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Once your Instant Pot has come to pressure and fully cooked, quick release the pressure on the Instant Pot. Once pressure is released, take the lid off, and serve chili topped with Fritos and pepperjack cheese.
