Pour the crushed potato chips into a large bowl and set aside.

After crushing the chips, put 1 cup of walnuts in your food processor until they are a fine consistency and no large chunks remain. Dump the walnuts into your potato chip bowl.

Next, chop 1 cup of Craisins in your food processor until small. Add the craisins to your potato chips and walnuts. Stir the ingredients together.

After mixing the crushed potato chips, fine walnuts, and chopped cranberries together, pour 22 oz of Ghiradelli white chocolate chips into a small bowl. Melt in the microwave at 45 second intervals, stirring in between. Be careful not to overheat and burn the chocolate! Once melted, stir the white chocolate into your potato chip mixture using a rubber spatula.

Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the potato chip mixture into mini cupcake liners. The cookie scoop helps keep the mixture together and make it easier to work with. The mini cupcake liners are much smaller than a standard cupcake liner. They look like the liner of a miniature Reece’s Cup. You’ll need between 60 and 70 liners to fit all of the potato chip mixture.

Finally, once all of your liners are filled, place your white chocolate potato chip clusters in a large Tupperware in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set. You can serve them later at room temperature.
