This stir fry uses simple ingredients for an easy and delicious from scratch meal that your family will love. I wasn’t super familiar with cooking bok choy, but after an amazing new friend gifted us with an abundance from her garden, I was excited to experiment with this new ingredient and what I had in the fridge and pantry to create a new dish. Our family loved it so much that we’ll definitely have to start growing our own bok choy next spring!
How To Make Ground Beef Stir Fry With Broccoli and Bok Choy
- In a medium bowl, mix together 4 Tablespoons of coconut aminos, 4 Tablespoons of sesame oil, 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, 4 Tablespoons of fresh minced garlic, 2 Tablespoons of fresh minced ginger, and 2 Tablespoons of dark brown sugar. Set aside.

2) Chop up one fresh broccoli crown. Set aside.
3) Brown ground beef in a high sided skillet or saute pan. I use this one.
4) Once browned, drain your ground beef. Stir your coconut amino sauce into the ground beef. Add chopped broccoli. Stir.
5) Cook over medium high heat for 8 minutes, stirring often.

6) Once ground beef, broccoli, and sauce have cooked for 8 minutes, add 3 cups of chopped bok choy. Continue to cook on medium high for 2-3 minutes.

7) Serve your stir fry over a bed of jasmine rice.

- 3 c bok choy, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- Jasmine rice, cooked
Instructions
