How To Make Corn Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 11×7 casserole dish. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix 1 (16 oz) can of whole kernel sweet corn (drained), 1 (16 oz) can creamed corn, 1 package of Jiffy corn muffin mix, 1 chopped green bell pepper, 1 stick melted butter, and 2 eggs.

3. Pour batter into your prepared casserole dish.
