How To Cook An Easter Ham
- Preheat oven to 325. Place a 7-10 lb boneless fully cooked ham in a large casserole dish.

2. Bake the ham for about 2 – 2 1/2 hours, or until a meat thermometer in the center of the ham reaches 130 – 140 degrees F. While the ham cooks, make the brown sugar glaze.
3. In a medium sized bowl combine 1 cup dark brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard, 1 teaspoon of cloves, and 1/4 cup white vinegar.

4. About 30 minutes before the ham is finished cooking, brush the glaze over the ham.

- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp dried mustard
- 1 tsp cloves

Notes
Do not add water to or cover your ham with a lid while cooking.
