On hot summer days during peach season I hate turning on the oven or stovetop to cook. This quick and simple recipe is light and refreshing, perfect for cooking on sultry summer days thanks to the help of the air fryer.
How to make peach and prosciutto grilled cheese in the air fryer
- This recipe makes 2 sandwiches. Start with 4 slices of your favorite bread. Slice up a fresh peach and lay over two slices of your bread.
2. Add one slice of mozzarella cheese on top of your peaches. We use vegan shredded mozzarella for our son because of his cow’s milk protein allergy.
3. Put 2 slices of prosciutto on each sandwich.
4. Put another slice of bread on top of each of your sandwiches. Stick a toothpick through each sandwich to keep the bread in place while air frying.
5. Cook your peach and prosciutto grilled cheese sandwiches in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
